Asylum Seekers

Due  next week; collection of tea, tinned meat (corned beef please,) tinned fish (tuna or sardines in oil please) and nappies and cash donations much appreciated.

The project supports over 550 clients from 47 countries.

N.B. Cash Donations awaiting receipts from collector.

 

Lenten Frugal lunches

Held at Holy Cross during Lent, have raised a total of £824.00 for Christian Aid.  To all who helped by providing soup, rolls, cheese etc; those who served them and all who came to enjoy them -

Easter Sunday

 

The Resurrection of Christ implied the salvation

 of all the factors of what is human.

Christ’s Resurrection is not salvation

unless of man as such, of the whole man.

The elevation of the Host at the Mass is a

 symbol of our elevation in the resurrected Christ.
