Catholic SinglesJames Judge

This is an organisation which helps single adult Catholics of all ages meet, either one to one or through social events.

Tel. 0161 941 3498, visit the website www.catholicsingles.org.uk or email info@catholicsingles.org.uk

-        Please note that whilst we have many separated & divorced Catholics amongst our members (I am widowed myself), we do not encourage them to remarry, though they do of course meet socially and for friendship, and a link to the A.S.D.C. is on our website.

-        We are now fairly well known, and have raised over fifty six thousand pounds for charities & parishes over the last sixteen years, but If you would like to receive more information about Catholic Singles please let me know. We are very grateful for previous help in this respect from parishes such as your own, which is vital if we are to continue,

Greenhead Youth Club Need Votes  (a lot of them).

Sainsbury’s Hw. has chosen this Youth Club as one of the three charities selected for public votes. If selected the club which is the ‘poor relation’ of larger clubs in the area can be helped to provide more activities for those who use it including members from Hw. area. Please consider supporting it by voting once the polling box is up and running, or go to Sainsbury’s website to do so.

More Thoughts of Mohammad Ali

Service to others is the rent we pay on Earth for our room in Heaven.

Day For Life

The Voice of life seems drowned in the sea of the culture of death.

So we pray:

R. Lord of life, hear us.

-        That there may be an end to abortion,

euthanasia, and all other offences against life. R.

-        And that the right to life may be seen as the

foundation of all other rights. R.

-        That Christians will be active in the political process,

and let their faith inform their political views. R.

-        That we may care for women who are considering

abortion and offer love to those who have had an abortion. R.

-        That the life of every human person, from natural conception to natural death, will be protected in our laws. R.
