Patience  Strong on Prayer

Don’t stop praying when it seems

 God does not intervene –

to answer prayer in ways that

you can see.

Prayer is not a kind of automatic

slot machine –

that gives you what you asked for

Do not be impatient for the Lord to do

 your will –

Who are you to say what is to be? ….

Ask, the Master said, and

you’ll receive – but first be still –

Never doubting, waiting patiently.

Providential happenings are planned

to coincide – with

circumstances not yet manifest

Learn to pray and trust and know

that if your time you bide – everything

will work

out for the best.
