Armistice Day Century 1918 – 2018

As we approach the anniversary of the Armistice

perhaps we could join in a prayer for peace in our world.

It was exactly 100 days after King George V called for

100 days of prayer for peace that the war ended quite

unexpectedly.

Adapted Jesus prayer:

Jesus Christ Son of the Living God

Have mercy on our world

And bring us peace.
